White Desert
It is hard to find words to describe the White Desert. Some say it is impossible to describe the White Desert you just have to see it with your own eyes.... The cause for the white color of the White Desert is chalkstone. This chalkstone has been eroded by weather and wind since the protecting ocean went away. The softer stone was eroded around a harder core and because of that you find nowadays fascinating sculptures out of chalk. Nowhere else in the world you will be able to find something similar. People differentiate nowadays between the Old and New White Desert. They call the Old White Desert old because it seems to be more eroded than the New White Desert.
